PFC (Power Factor Correction)

When inductive (winding) or capacitive (capacitor) loads such as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) are operating from the network, they start to interfere with each other due to the phase difference between current and voltage. This phase difference is related to the value we call the "power factor".

What is the cause of this unstable situation? Due to the devices with low power factor, city electricity is distorted in 50Hz wave and heating can be seen in the neutral line of the transformer and electric network. In short, devices with weak power factor bring additional voltage to the power grid. For this reason, companies using large UPS devices pay an additional fee not only for the electricity they use but also for the "reactive cost". To pay this fee, PFC li UPS is the reason for choosing each area.
For example: In a process using 10 kVA uninterruptible power supply, there is a daily difference of approximately 5YTL between the UPS's PFC li and PFC power consumption. This corresponds to 150 YTL per month.

Independent of the network.

In known conventional UPS designs, electrical interference that can occur only in the mains phase line can be avoided, and independent neutrals prevent the noise from affecting the mains neutral line.

ABM (Advanced Battery Management)

The part of the UPS devices that determine the performance of line breaks in the line are the liquids inside. Battery life will be longer than expected if Akers charge, heat, discharge and tension are under constant control with a healthy control mechanism. The PowerGUARD "UNIQUE" UPS device family provides maximum battery life thanks to Advanced Battery Management. The rectifier voltage of the UPSs, that is the charging voltage of the battery, is gradually reduced depending on the change in the mains voltage. This is known as shortening battery life. Therefore, for long battery life, the change in battery charge voltage should not be higher than 2% regardless of network conditions.

DSP (Digital Signal Processor-Digital Signal Processing)

GRAPHIC BASED LCD DISPLAY

SPONTANEOUS PROTECTION DESIGN

MANUAL BYPASS SWITCH

Bypass switch is used when the bypass switch is opened to prevent network interference with the inverter output. The system automatically switches to static bypass and can be safely removed manually by the user.

Under appropriate network conditions, the DC voltage required for the inverter is generated from the rectifier output and without battery support. This extends the battery life used in the UPS.

WIDE INPUT VOLTAGE INTERVAL

AUTO RESTART
 
The device will shut down for a long time after the mains disconnection warning the battery is empty. The UPS should start automatically when the network comes back up. This feature, which is mandatory for systems that do not tolerate non-operation, is available as a standard feature in the "UNIQUE" series of UPS.
 
FAST RETURNING TIME
 
There are changes in the UPS output voltage during sudden changes of the critical loads on the UPS. If these changes are more than 5%, the systems connected to the UPS output are damaged due to not working properly. How important this change is to be below 5% is that the time must be so short so that the device starts to regenerate the nominal output voltage, which is max 60ms in our products.
 
MODULER PCB (ELECTRONIC CARD) TECHNOLOGY
 
The motherboard power card used in the UPS is modular structure and it does not require complicated PCB change in case of possible failure but it brings min operating cost thanks to module changes only.
 
HIGH EFFICIENCY
 
The AC-AC high efficiency device is the ratio of the energy given and received from your device, which means a loss of efficiency of 88% or better. This results in a low operating cost. The efficiency difference of 2-3% provides an annual saving of 320-370 $.
 
WINPOWER MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
 
Winpower software is installed on all the computers in the network and allows UPS to be monitored and trusted by all users. It can work without SNMP.
