Powerguard UPS / ON-LINE KGK / 3 Phase-1 Phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
3 Phase-1 Phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
POWERGUARD 3 Phase Input, 1 Phase Output Uninterruptible Power Supply General Features

PFC (Power Factor Correction)

When the inductive (coil) or capacitive (capacitor) loads such as Uninterruptible Power Supply are operating from the network, one starts to move in front of the other due to the phase difference between current and voltage. This phase difference is related to the value we call the "power factor".

What's wrong with this unstable situation? Because of the devices with low power factor, the city electricity is distorted in 50Hz wave form, and heating can be seen in the neutral line of the transformer and the electric mains. In short, devices with poor power factor put additional strain on the power grid. That's why corporations using large UPS devices pay not only for the electricity they use, but also an additional "reactive cost" fee. To pay this fee, PFC li UPS is the reason for choosing every area.
For example: In an operation using a 10 kVA uninterruptible power supply, there is a daily difference of approximately 5YTL between the PFC li and PFC power consumptions of UPSs. This corresponds to 150.YTL per month.

Neutral to network.

In known conventional UPS designs, electrical noise that may only occur in the mains phase line can be prevented, and independent neutrals prevent the load from affecting the noise that may come from the mains neutral line.

ABM (Advanced Battery Management)

The part of the UPS devices that determines the performance of the line breaks in the line is the liquids inside. Battery life will be longer than expected if the charge, heat, discharge and tension of the acers are under constant control with a healthy control mechanism. The powerGUARD "UNIQUE" series of UPS devices provide the maximum battery life thanks to Advanced Battery Management. The rectifier voltage of the UPSs, that is, the battery charging voltage, is reduced gradually, usually depending on the change in mains voltage. This is known as a negativity that shortens battery life. Therefore, for long battery life, the change in battery charge voltage should not be higher than 2% regardless of network conditions.

DSP (Digital Signal Processor-Digital Signal Processing)

DSP chips are programmable systems such as microprocessors, and the amount of processing they can do at the moment is much faster, much more reliable than microprocessors. High response speed especially in sudden load changes in the medical sector.

GRAPHIC BASED LCD DISPLAY

Graphical LCD display with all the information of the UPS can be viewed at the same time without having to go through any menu.
Ability to change the output voltage via the display, change the frequency and bypass "active-inactive" setting. In addition, thanks to the advanced error coding system, 25 separate UPS failures can be displayed on the LCD screen for quick service and fault detection.
The output voltage of your UPS can be selected as 208VAC, 220VAC, 230VAC, 240VAC on the same screen and output frequency can be selected as 50HZ and 60Hz.

High tolerance and durable power stage

UNIQUE series products support the following numbers for 17 "CRT display Computers used in IT sector.
1 kVA 5 PC
2 kVA 10 pcs
3 kVA 15 PC
6 kVA 25 PC
10 kVA 40 PC

SELF PROTECT DESIGN

The main task of uninterruptible power supply systems is to protect the load they support, as well as to protect Max in level. Electronic protection circuits controlled by DSP instead of mechanical circuit breakers such as fuses or switches are the newest technology applied and powerGUARD "UNIQUE" series provides maximum life and performance in UPS devices.

OPEN SELF TEST

The powerGUARD "UNIQUE" series of devices are self-testing at every boot-up to warn users against possible surprises caused by UPS during the day and warn them that precautions should be taken.

MANUAL BATTERY TEST

Although the UPS is one of the most important components of the UPS systems, it is still necessary and important to be able to perform the battery test for the running systems without any shutdown 7 days 24 hours, if necessary through the device and if necessary through the computer network, even though the UPS is tested by UPS at every opening and closing. As one of the details, I am confronted.

MANUAL BYPASS SWITCH

There is a manual bypass switch on the UPS that is used to disable your device during service and maintenance other than electronic static bypass. Thanks to this switch, the UPS can be serviced without disconnecting the connected load and the UPS can be restarted without interruption.
Bypass switch is used when the bypass switch is opened to prevent network interference with the inverter output. The system automatically switches to static bypass and can be safely removed manually by the user.

RELIABLE OUTPUT VOLTAGE USING BATTERY WITH SUITABLE NETWORK CONDITIONS

Under appropriate network conditions, the DC voltage required for the inverter is generated from the rectifier output and without battery support. This extends the life of the battery used in the UPS.

1 + 1 + 1 POWER INCREASING AND BACKUP PARALLELING FEATURE WITH PARALLELABILITY (6-20 kVA)

Our "UNIQUE" series devices are designed to allow 6 to 20 kVA models to be powered up to 3 times (eg 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 kVA) by paralleling without requiring any boards or additional equipment (eg 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 kVA) Lowering the cost without increasing the unexpected load increases the power of the old device.

WIDE INPUT VOLTAGE INTERVAL

In areas where the network is very low or too high (176-276 VAC), it can operate without interrupting the battery charge and therefore, Utility. It can also start at 176 VAC.

AUTO RESTART

The device will shut down for a long time after the mains disconnection warning the battery is empty. The UPS should start automatically when the network comes back up. This feature, which is mandatory for systems that do not tolerate non-operation, is available as a standard feature in the "UNIQUE" series of UPS.

FAST RETURNING TIME

There are changes in the UPS output voltage during sudden changes of the critical loads on the UPS. If these changes are more than 5%, the systems connected to the UPS output are damaged due to not working properly. How important this change is to be below 5% is that the time must be so short so that the device starts to regenerate the nominal output voltage, which is max 60ms in our products.

MODULER PCB (ELECTRONIC CARD) TECHNOLOGY

The motherboard power card used in the UPS is modular structure and it does not require complicated PCB change in case of possible failure but it brings min operating cost thanks to module changes only.

HIGH EFFICIENCY

The AC-AC high efficiency device is the ratio of the energy given and received from your device, which means a loss of efficiency of 88% better than min. This results in a low operating cost. The efficiency difference of 2-3% provides an annual saving of 320-370 $.

WINPOWER MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Winpower software is installed on all the computers in the network and allows UPS to be monitored and trusted by all users. It can work without SNMP.

ADVANTAGES FOR OFFICE USE

To ensure that the UPS has a minimum sound level, the cooling fans operate at variable speeds according to load. Thanks to its small and elegant design, it has aesthetic and small image that does not occupy much space in the office. In addition, service-maintenance by-pass switchgear is standard equipment that can be used without service shutdown during service maintenance.
